Throughout his career, Brent has worked across building consultancy, residential property and senior sales management, developing a well-rounded understanding of the property journey and what drives successful outcomes for clients.
At Invest IQ Australia, Brent leads the sales team and works closely with clients to identify strategic investment opportunities. His experience across construction, sales and property helps clients make informed decisions focused on long-term growth and building successful property portfolios.
Paul Smith
Business Development Manager
With over 30 years of experience in business development, Paul brings extensive knowledge in building strong relationships, creating opportunities and developing long-term partnerships across a range of industries.
Throughout his career, Paul has worked with developers, buyers, business owners and corporate clients across Australia, building a strong reputation for his relationship-focused approach and commitment to achieving positive outcomes.

Corey Sinclair
Acquisition Manager & Business Development Manager
With extensive experience across property development, residential sales and acquisitions, Corey brings strong industry knowledge and a clear understanding of what makes a successful property investment opportunity.
Throughout his career, Corey has transacted approximately 400–500 off-plan home sales and worked across residential development, luxury property and the investor market throughout South Australia, Victoria and Queensland.
At Invest IQ Australia, Corey works closely with developers, builders and industry partners to identify and secure strategic investment opportunities. His focus is on strong fundamentals, emerging markets and sourcing opportunities that deliver genuine long-term value for investors.

Expression Of Interest
Provide us with the Expression of Interest and we will organise relevant paperwork including the Offer & Acceptance and the fixed price build contract for you to review.
